Sylvie Froncek (She/Her)- Deep Lake Zealot
Sylvie has spent the better part of the last 30 years trying to create mystery and intrigue in the world through art. She loves to produce immersive and interactive events the create community and test boundaries. Her most recent production is The Wedding Show, a game-like theatre experience that takes place at a (fake) queer wedding where the audience become guests and interact with the cast members to influence the plot.
Sylvie started putting together music showcases in Ithaca NY back in 2004 when she was the drummer for Kiev, an all-girl punk band. She was a sound technician and event manager at Pitzer College from 2007-2011. Sylvie has been a festival organizer and volunteer for the Aro Valley Festival (Wellington New Zealand), Grass Roots Festival of Music and Dance (Trumansburg, NY and Shakori Hills, NC), The Ithaca Festival (Ithaca NY), SheFest (San Diego CA), Newtown Festival (Wellington, New Zealand), Kohoutek (Claremont, CA), and Snowdown (Durango CO). In 2018 Sylvie started Bike The BLVD, a lighted bike parade between magical, live, outdoor performances in San Diego, CA which is the inspiration for the OG parade on April 28th, 2026.
One of Sylvie’s biggest failures includes being denied a job as a mascot twice.

Mia Jumbo (She/Her) – true believer/Diné Hozhojii Hané (storyteller)
Mia Jumbo is a storyteller, maker, and true believer with deep roots in theatre production and creative leadership. Her work spans professional theatre, fabrication, and higher education, where she builds environments that center care, collaboration, and imagination. At Old Greeny Fringe Fest, Mia helps guide the myth—connecting local history, community storytelling, and a shared sense of wonder by the water.

Connor Smith (He/Him) – Organizer
Connor has been interested in the arts since a young age, and often seeks new creative projects and outlets. His main focus is in business and operations management, with experience in the performing arts, food service, and television industries. On the creative side, Connor is a musician and songwriter for his company, Connor Smith Music. Connor also enjoys producing live television and visual media. His biggest goal for 2025 is to spot Old Greeny!

Diego Arizmendi-Alanis (He/Him) -Filmmaker
Diego has his undergrad degree in Screenwriting from Hofstra University. He has also worked with an actor’s workshop editing their scripts for their showcases. Putting my experience to the test, I’ll be debuting a short film as well as writing the Audio Tour that will be featured at the festival.

Lily Seyfert (She/Her) – Lake Monster Expert
As a Lake Monster Expert, I’ll be helping organize our family friendly events and the marketing of OGFF. I am currently a graduate student at Ithaca College in the MBA in Entertainment and Media Management program. I graduated from IC in May with an interest in pursuing event management for live events. This past summer, I worked for IC as an Orientation Coordinator planning fall orientation for the new students. I had the opportunity to run individual events targeted to specific students based on their interests. I’ve assisted running several social media accounts including the Ithaca College Women’s Track and Field Team and the Ithaca College South Hill Entertainment account.

Brendan Holmes (He/Him) – Lake Explorer
After a 4-year stink in the US Navy as a Cryptologist/Intelligence Analyst seeking the elusive mythical sea creatures with no luck. Brendan set his sights on locating the and proving the existence of Old Greeny. With extensive knowledge in RADAR, Navigation and Communications, Brendan willingly jumped into the foray of setting his sights on Cayuga Lake. You may see Brendan telling tall tales at the lake shore of his experiences on the high seas at the opening and closing events.

Pierson Tobia (He/Him) – Curious Observer
My name is Pierson Tobia, and I am originally from New Jersey. I am currently a graduate student at Ithaca College, pursuing a degree in Business in Media and Entertainment. I recently completed my final season of collegiate football with the Ithaca Bombers, contributing on defense and special teams. Prior to Ithaca, I earned my undergraduate degree from Princeton University, where I studied History and played football.
My involvement with the Old Greeny Fringe Festival is deeply tied to my strong interest in the creative arts and community-driven events. I am drawn to projects that support artists and bring people together in meaningful ways. Old Greeny represents an opportunity to help build a festival that is accessible, collaborative, and rooted in the local community, and I am proud to contribute to its impact.
